Integrity
In the dictionary, the word integrity means treating people fairly and honestly, giving your word and keeping it, a firm obedience to a code of moral values, and incorruptible honor. The biblical virtue points to a consistency between what is inside and what is outside, between belief and behavior, our words and our ways, our attitudes and our actions, our values and our practice. Quote: “It is not what we eat but what we digest that makes us strong; not what we gain but what we save that makes us rich; not what we read but what we remember that makes us learned; and not what we profess but what we practice that gives us integrity.”

Service to Others
We believe service is not something we do, but it is part of who we are. Service to our customers, employees and the community are all equally important. Our service has a value greater than just dollars but is measured in the satisfaction of those served and the humility of those serving.
